Jaci Monroe As Cover Story Interview – September 2026 Magazine Edition

How do you introduce yourself?

Hey yall, I’m Jaci Monroe.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

Lost my mom at a young age from cancer.

I was a cheerleader, I absolutely loved cheerleading.. years went on though.

I was on my own, with the help of friends family.

I was in a car accident in 2014. I was the only survivor out of 4 of us. I lost 3 friends, ones I was with every day almost for months to a year. Woke up on from a coma and told I was the only survivor, I was in shock. I didn’t/ couldn’t believe it. I also was informed I lost my arm, I have rods in my back,  head injury. I was thrown out the car when it was flipping I guess… to be continued.

I am blessed to be walking, raising, and achieving steps one step at a time.

What do people usually not know about you?

It really all depends. Some say that dont notice my missing arm till said something. Sometimes depends on outfit.

What sets you apart from others?

I set myself apart. Sometimes I just don’t fit in. But I’m ok with that.

What expert advice would you like to give?

Please know you are wanted. You aren’t abandoned. Jesus saved my life. I changed. Its been a 12 year journey. Please don’t give up.  Jesus told all there would be trial and tribulation. Stand firm. Be kind always.

It’s very true you can’t tell what someone is going through. Because a smile doesn’t tell all. Just be kind. Love. Love. Love.

Yours Truly,

Jaci Monroe… don’t forget to live.
