How do you introduce yourself?
As a servant, I go by Quandra, Quandra Banks, or Dr. Quandra Banks.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
I’ve been through many hardships in my life. Many people wouldn’t believe if I didn’t have a picture or video to show the evidence of it all. Yes, Family trauma is real and most of us all face it but I believe it’s a way God connects with us. I’ve dealt with homelessness on multiple occasions and I am a living witness that even through the hard times God is still there with us through it and as long as we trust him we will get through it. Being a single mother of 4 is maybe one of the hardest things im going through even still today but in the same breathe it’s also a blessing. I love my children and they keep me together everyday and keep me pushing. I’ve encountered a death experience and I know you may be saying “Jesus” but I was able to experience a moment with God that I cherish and when I came back to life it was like God recharged my faith my strength my spirit my love for others and he has prepared me for the battles he knew I would face and still facing but through his blood I am healed and I am able to continue on my journey through Christ even as I’m writing this today. The list goes on but I count it all joy.
What do people usually not know about you?
Many don’t know that I’ve came from nothing. No musical connections, no Family that was well known, no money given to help build my career, I knew nothing about running a business or even having a business, and the list goes on. But God has given me the blueprint to be able to sustain where I am today.
What sets you apart from others?
The way I love his people, my heart posture, the way I struggle for the Kingdom of God, and my Obedience to the Father! I don’t seek validation just to be accepted from a World who don’t even know who they really are. I AM defined by the Kingdom of God.
What are your upcoming major events?
New Chapter Women’s Retreat that’s hosted by Dr. Quandra Banks located in Atlanta ,Ga . -Toccoa Festival.
-22 years of Pastoralship by Apostle James and Tisa Pass, and -Third Annual Cancer Awareness Event located in Virginia.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Never live in this world thinking you don’t need Jesus. Your life will only matter by having a relationship with Jesus Our Lord and Savior and living an Obedient life. Knowing of Jesus is one thing but living a lifestyle where you depend on him for everything and he is the head of your life is another thing. He is the Answer Jeremiah 33:3
