Taylor Arbitman (Co-Founder STAYfit) was recently interviewed by TheCelebrity.Online Magazine and here is the Q&A session we had with Taylor.
Taylor Arbitman As Cover Story Interview – March 2026 Magazine Edition
How do you introduce yourself?
Hi! I’m Taylor, 26, based in Philadelphia, and I’m the co-founder of STAYfit. An online fitness and nutrition coaching brand helping women train with intention and nourish with purpose. I guide women to build strong, sculpted bodies while growing real confidence from the inside out. What started as a personal passion for fitness has grown into a thriving online brand focused on strength, structure, discipline, and self-respect.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
One of the biggest hardships/challenges in my life was leaving college (Rowan University) to fully pursue my passion for fitness and nutrition. I had to figure out how to build a business from scratch at a young age, learning everything as I was going. From fitness mentors, to marketing, to client management to creating programs that actually worked. It was intimidating, exhausting, and full of uncertainty, but also incredibly rewarding. Entrepreneurship has been the ultimate personal development journey, teaching me resilience, discipline, and how to trust myself and my vision.
What do people usually not know about you?
Before leaving college to fully pursue my business, I was actually planning to move to Newport, California. Went there to apartment hunt and everything. But shorty after I went to check out apartments, COVID hit and that was not the plan anymore. That same year, I really went to another level with my passion for fitness and started building the connections that would help me grow in my career and business.
What sets you apart from others?
Resilience. Building a business and sticking to it taught me things not many other things could. Going through the highs, the lows, and all the in-between moments showed me what it truly means to keep going, trust yourself, and grow stronger through challenges. Every setback, every late night, every decision I had to make on my own built not just my business, but my mindset, my confidence, and my faith. I want women to know that strength isn’t just physical, it’s cultivated by showing up, leaning on yourself and God, and trusting that you can handle more than you think.
What are your upcoming major events?
I’m getting married in Ireland this June! So everything that comes with that! At the same time, I’m expanding STAYfit with new online programs and coaching offerings to help more women build strong bodies, resilient minds, and lasting confidence. It’s a year of love, growth, and leveling up in both life and business.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Movement creates momentum. Don’t wait to feel ready, start before everything feels perfect. Whether it’s making progress at the gym, building a business, or chasing any goal in life, taking action consistently builds results and keeps you moving forward. Small steps add up, and before you know it, that momentum carries you further than you imagined.
