How do you introduce yourself?
My name is Simone Doroski Miyazaki, and I currently hold the title of Ms. Universe International 2025. Beyond the crown, I am an educator, community leader, and advocate for the belief that “Strong Families Build Strong Communities.” My mission is to use the platform of pageantry not just for beauty or recognition, but to amplify the importance of faith, unity, and service as the foundation for a more peaceful and compassionate world.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
My journey has been filled with both triumphs and trials. I’ve faced seasons of uncertainty—balancing the roles of teacher, wife, mother, and public figure—while navigating life’s unexpected challenges with faith and perseverance. There were moments when I questioned my own strength, yet each obstacle became a refining fire that deepened my empathy and purpose. Through it all, I learned that grace is not the absence of hardship but the courage to rise through it and still choose love, faith, and hope every day.
What do people usually not know about you?
Many people see the crown and the stage lights, but what they may not know is how much I love teaching English and communication. I find joy in helping students discover their voice and confidence—it’s another form of empowerment to me. I’m also a deeply spiritual person who values quiet mornings, handwritten notes, and family dinners far more than glamorous events. My heart is happiest when I’m serving others and building bridges in my community.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is my belief that true beauty shines through service. I approach every opportunity—whether in education, pageantry, or community work—with the mindset of creating transformation, not competition. My leadership style is rooted in compassion and collaboration, and I see my title as a platform to uplift others, not to elevate myself. I also bring a strong balance of intellect and artistry—combining eloquence, creativity, and faith-based values into everything I do.
What are your upcoming major events?
This year is filled with exciting milestones! I’m preparing for a series of “Strong Families Build Strong Communities” seminars, speaking engagements on faith, women’s empowerment, and global unity through peace. My upcoming events are centered around families, the ‘Peace Starts With Me’ movement, and promoting religious freedom. I’ll also be working with designers like Diana Mahrach and Tyeakia Couture during New York Fashion Week, attending charity galas and outreach events, and I will proudly pass on my crown in July 2026 in Las Vegas.
What expert advice would you like to give?
My advice is to lead with authenticity and purpose. No matter your title or profession, remember that your influence grows strongest when it’s rooted in service and integrity. Don’t let comparison or fear steal your light—every person has a divine purpose that no one else can fulfill. Stay humble, keep learning, and let your actions be a reflection of love and faith. The world doesn’t need more perfection—it needs more people who are brave enough to care deeply.
