How do you introduce yourself?
“I introduce myself as Jessica Ramos when I’m working in real estate and running my business, but I also go by Jessica Lopes, which is my stage name for my acting career. I’m passionate about helping people, telling stories, and performing. While I love working out for my own well-being, my true passions are connecting with others, creating meaningful experiences, and bringing characters to life on stage or on screen.”
Struggle What hardships have you gone through in life?
“Life hasn’t always been easy. I’ve faced challenges as a young mom, learning how to balance motherhood, career, and my own dreams. There were times when I felt stretched thin or underestimated, but those struggles taught me resilience. Even now, being a mom of 8 and managing my career pushes me daily but I see it as proof of my strength and my purpose.”
What do people usually not know about you?
“People usually don’t know how deeply I value storytelling. Acting isn’t just a career path for me it’s a way of connecting to people on a human level. Even off stage or off camera, I’m always drawn to listening, learning, and understanding others’ experiences. I think that’s why I also love real estate both acting and real estate are about people, their stories, and creating meaningful chapters in their lives.”
What sets you apart from others?
“What sets me apart is my ability to wear many hats while staying authentic. Whether I’m representing a client in real estate or stepping into a character as an actress, I bring honesty, empathy, and passion into everything I do. I’m not afraid to be vulnerable or real, and I think that helps people feel comfortable and connected with me. At the end of the day, I believe in giving my whole self to whatever I’m doing that’s what makes the difference.”
What are your upcoming major events?
“Personally, I’m embracing every moment of life and growth enjoying the journey as I prepare for the exciting chapter. Professionally, I’m continuing to expand in real estate with Luxe Properties and pursuing my acting career, focusing on meaningful projects that allow me to tell stories and connect with people. My focus right now is on consistent growth, embracing opportunities, and rising stronger with each step like a phoenix, committed to achieving my goals while enjoying the journey.”
What expert advice would you like to give?
“Don’t wait for the “perfect moment” it rarely comes. Whether it’s starting a career, chasing a dream, or improving your health, just start where you are with what you have. Small steps done consistently are more powerful than waiting for everything to line up. And above all, protect your peace , it’s your foundation for everything.”
