How do you introduce yourself?
“My name is Paulina Pedrotti. I’m a passionate, well-educated person with all skills of life, from managerial, chef, tradeswoman, support worker, model, business owner, teacher’s aide, retail sector, customer service expert – the list goes on. I’m born and raised in Melbourne, residing now in Ballarat for 40 years. I’m currently into modeling as my aspect moving forward, driving my passion where I can show who I am. For me to do this, it covers all of me – my beauty as a woman, confidence, looking good with doing the full makeup, hair, dress, look to the final touches. It portrays me in the final stage in front of the camera where I glow. I’m focusing on passion, beauty, and fitness. I’m passionate about inspiring and empowering women of today.”
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
“Losing my mum was one of the hardest things to deal with in my life. The feeling that the whole world should stop rotating again and focus on the positive things was a hard time to get back on track. She was my world, to seek advice, share the importance of everything till the darkest moment was holding her hand till her last breath, looked into my eyes – that was it. I felt such an emptiness but no suffering anymore for her. Peace came, and I followed the beautiful moments we had and blessed them.”
What do people usually not know about you?
“I never give up and push until I achieve what I set out to do. I keep fighting when walls hit me, I keep knocking them down to keep moving forward. I’ve become the strongest woman with all the walks of life I’ve endured. I’m a survivor in every way – the stories I’ve lived, been through, have made me who I am today. Nothing will knock me down. Keep being positive, help others, being there for people at their darkest moments. Being behind closed doors for the last few months, I’ve lived through trauma from my son with no help, but I conquered it by my strength, courage for my son, believing in only yourself – I become a survivor.”
What sets you apart from others?
“My modeling is like therapy to me; it shows me as a whole person. I glow in confidence, empowerment. My smile shines amongst the crowd. I love modeling; it’s about me, my time to show and represent myself and reflect on others. It’s how it makes me feel. I attract the crowd with that positive energy. As a beautiful woman embracing me, glamour, elegance – it shines me behind the hidden traumas of life I challenged. I have the biggest heart, understanding, compassionate, but never ask for nothing in return.”
What are your major upcoming events?
“There are some exciting roles in the works. I can’t talk about it just yet, but 2025 has just started, and it’s going to be a big year. Stay tuned.”
What expert advice would you like to give?
“Never give up on your dreams. I understand that believing in yourself can be challenging, and believing in yourself with complete confidence is even harder. However, I say that ‘No’ is the wrong answer, so we must continually pursue the ‘yes.’ The mindset applies to every aspect of life, both professionally and personally. Believe in yourself.”
