How do you introduce yourself?
“Hi, I’m Nikki Inda, like In-da-house!” For a more personal introduction, I say, “Hi, my name is Nikki, with a smile in my voice!”
Difficulties: What difficulties have you faced in life?
I’ve faced many struggles, mostly self-inflicted, such as lack of confidence, low self-esteem, and feelings of inadequacy. But I’ve found faith, and it’s helped me heal and become whole. Now, my life is full and rich!
What too many people know, other than my immediate family, but…
Not many people know that I collect stuffed animals and still enjoy being “little Nikki.”
What sets you apart from others?
I’m a leader, not a follower, with a global mindset and a heart full of empathy and compassion. I’m authentic, kind, and a huge cheerleader, but I’ve also learned to set boundaries and choose my friendships wisely.
What are your upcoming major events?
I’m excited about my upcoming events, including attending Miami Swim Week and New York Fashion Week, where my trademarked mantra “The fortitude to climb is the altitude to rise” will be featured on silicone wristbands in VIP gift bags.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Some valuable advice I’ve received is to “be yourself, it works for you” and “be a squeaky wheel” – don’t give up on your ideas and dreams. Also, pray without ceasing, and have faith that your prayers will be answered.
