Ivy Dominique was recently interviewed by TheCelebrity.Online Magazine and below is the Q&A session we had with Ivy.
Ivy Dominique As Cover Story Interview – August 2025 Magazine Edition
How do you introduce yourself?
I’m known as Ivy Dominique to some and Dame Tamara Pack, MD, PhD to others. I run in many different circles and am eclectic in my endeavors, so to some I’m Ivy Dominique the actress, producer, and model. In other facets of my life, I am known as an advocate, mentor, philanthropist, entrepreneur, researcher, inventor, Dame, doctor, or analog astronaut. But to those that know me best, I am an amalgam of all of these things and so much more.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
I have endured some horrific and difficult challenges and experiences throughout my life, and some I continue to endure daily like being dyslexic and having chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. I have unfortunately experienced childhood sexual abuse, rape, domestic violence, my younger sister being murdered, and many other experiences. However, they do not define me nor diminish me. I freely share these things publicly to remove stigma and shame and to help others who have had similar experiences.
What do people usually not know about you?
There are a few things that surprise people. Firstly, I am a bit shy, awkward, and quiet until I get to know people. Secondly, I am a modest woman and have turned down many opportunities due to my modesty. Lastly, I have a secret endeavor that has helped hundreds of women escape and rebuild their lives, which was sparked by a chance encounter with a woman in a grocery store.
What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is being genuine and consistent between words and actions. I say what I truly believe, even when it’s uncomfortable, and actively listen with intention and empathy. I’m not afraid to be vulnerable or admit when I’m wrong, because I believe authenticity is built on honesty, not perfection.
What are your upcoming major events?
I have many exciting projects and events coming up, including film projects, magazine covers and features, a patent-pending innovation, analog astronaut missions, humanitarian and philanthropic endeavors, research publications, travel plans, and quality time with family and friends.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Comparison is the thief of joy. Stop comparing your life and accomplishments to others. Be the best version of yourself each day and try to make the world a better place than the day before through kindness, self-improvement, or meaningful contributions.
Your social media handles and website links?
I am not on social media very much due to my insanely full schedule but when I am you can follow me on
