How do you introduce yourself?
I’m a passionate makeup artist and lash artist with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Born and raised in Brazil, my love for tropical vibes brought me to sunny Florida, where I continue to grow both personally and professionally. I’m a proud mom of two amazing teenagers, have been happily married for over 24 years, and when I’m not working with clients, you’ll most likely find me at the gym — fitness is a big part of my life and keeps me energized for everything I do.
Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?
I lost my parents at a very young age, and one of the greatest hardships I face is no longer being able to talk to them — to seek their advice, to share important moments, or even to say I’m sorry when I wish I could. When my mother passed away, I was expecting my first daughter, and not having the chance to introduce my child to her is a pain that I still carry deeply to this day.
What do people usually not know about you?
In addition to my passion for the beauty industry, I am also deeply passionate about the fitness world. One thing many people may not know—or even find surprising—is that I do not consume any type of alcoholic beverage and never have. I am very grounded and have always maintained full control over my actions throughout my life.
What sets you apart from others?
It is quite challenging for me to speak about myself. However, what people often say is that I am very kind and approachable. I am passionate about helping others build or restore their self-esteem, and I dedicate myself professionally to ensuring they feel confident and happy when they look in the mirror. This is my true mission, and I believe that is why I found my calling in the beauty industry.
What are your upcoming major events ?
Driven by my passion for the fitness world, I have been preparing over the past few months for a bodybuilding competition. It requires a great deal of dedication and discipline, but for me, it has been more of a personal challenge, an opportunity to test my own limits.
What expert advice would you like to give?
Never give up on your dreams. I understand that believing in yourself can be challenging, and believing with complete confidence is even harder. However, I always say that ‘no’ is the default answer, so we must continually pursue the ‘yes.’ This mindset applies to every aspect of life, both professionally and personally. Believe in yourself.
