Daneita was recently interviewed by TheCelebrity.Online Magazine and below is the Q&A session we had with Daneita.

How do you introduce yourself?

I’m Daneita—a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I help women build strength, confidence, and self-trust through strength training and balanced nutrition. I’m originally from Massachusetts and now working on establishing myself in the DMV area.

Struggle – What hardships have you gone through in life?

I’ve had many hardships in my life that I was able to quickly bounce back from, but the hardest time in my life happened not too long ago. About two years ago, I moved to Maryland, leaving behind my friends and family. Just two weeks after the move, my mother passed away from an overdose. That loss hit me hard, and it’s something I’m still learning to process.

Three weeks after that, I lost my job. I was in a new state, with no close connections, unfamiliar with my surroundings, and unsure of what resources were even available to me. It was an incredibly isolating time. I’m still finding my way through the healing process, one day at a time. I’m definitely in a much better place mentally now.

What do people usually not know about you?

Most people don’t know this about me, but I’m really into Korean R&B and hip hop! I’m a big fan of artists like Jay Park, Hoody, EJean, Jessi, and a few others. It always surprises people, but their sound just hits different.

What sets you apart from others?

I’d say my strongest trait is my will to keep going. I’ve faced things that would’ve made a lot of people give up—but I didn’t. I kept pushing, even when it was hard, even when I didn’t have it all figured out. I just kept moving forward.

What are your upcoming major events ?

I’ve got a few big things happening! The biggest one—I’m getting married soon, which means everything to me. I’m also building out my fitness business and working on incorporating some wellness products into it. I’ll be announcing more about the business side of things pretty soon, but for now, the wedding is definitely the main event

What expert advice would you like to give?

Whether it’s about fitness, finances, wellness, or personal growth—is this: no one else is like you. Your journey is your own, and that’s your power.
